Administrative DirectorBri is an experienced Manager and Administrative Director in the salon industry, with over a decade of expertise. Her journey in the beauty industry began at her Aunt’s salon, fueling her passion for the field. Over the years, Bri has actively participated in various local events, including fashion shows, galas, and networking opportunities. She possesses extensive knowledge in top-notch products like Kerastase, Neuma, and Kevin Murphy. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that each client enjoys a relaxing and beautiful experience at the salon. Building meaningful connections with clients is of utmost importance to her. Outside of work, Bri cherishes moments spent with her loved ones, indulging in family time, beach outings, and outdoor activities such as hiking.
Marketing and Assistant Manager
Victoria is the Marketing and Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Salon and Med Spa. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theater Performance with a minor in Dance, as well as a Master's Degree in Arts Management. Her expertise lies in Digital Marketing, Social Media Branding, and developing effective Digital Marketing Strategies. Victoria is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client enjoys a wonderful experience at our Salon and Med Spa. With a background in Theater, Dance, Film Production, and Digital Marketing, she is eager to bring innovative and engaging ideas to our team. In her free time, she enjoys ice skating, film production, and spending quality moments with her fiancée and their dog, Dash.

Creative Elite Master Stylist - Creative ColoristAkram is a highly skilled Creative Elite Master Stylist with an impressive 30-years in the beauty industry. He has honed his expertise by seeking continuous education opportunities all over the world. Akram’s dedication to his craft is evident in his participation in master classes for Wella in New York and California, as well as his travels to Hawaii, Florida, and attendance at numerous local educational classes. With a focus on Hair Coloring, Highlighting/Blonding/Balayages techniques, Men’s & Women’s Haircutting, Razor Cutting, Long Layers, and Short/Stylish Modern Cuts, Akram’s specialties are vast. Known for his creativity and keen eye for each client’s unique style, he takes pleasure in working closely with clients and genuinely listening to their hair goals. Akram views styling as an art form and strives to be the best artist for every client, adhering to the Golden Rule of treating others how he wishes to be treated. With a passion for hairstyling that began in high school, she quickly obtained her license and spent two years honing her skills as an assistant. Ashley’s dedication to her craft is evident in her continuous pursuit of education, having participated in numerous classes led by elite professionals. Specializing in all blonding including foil work, hand painting, and personalized looks, she takes pride in keeping her clients’ hair healthy and vibrant. In addition to her career, Ashley enjoys spending her free time hiking, socializing with friends, and exploring new culinary experiences.
Elite Master Stylist and Hair Director & EducatorBeth is a highly skilled Elite Master Stylist and Hair Director & Educator with an impressive 47 years of experience in the beauty industry. Having received training in both New York and San Francisco, she has honed her expertise in hair coloring over the years. Beth’s exceptional knowledge and proficiency in all major hair color lines make her a true specialist in this field. Beyond her role as a Master Stylist/Colorist, Beth finds great fulfillment in mentoring fellow professionals and is dedicated to fostering ongoing education within the Four Seasons team. Receiving her education through The Paul Mitchell School, she strives to maintain the health of her clients hair. Nataly is an American Board Certified Hair Colorist and also attended educational classes under platform artists in Las Vegas, New York & Washington D.C. She specializes in hair coloring, lightening, & foil highlighting. Textured, natural/curly hair, keratin/brazilian blowout, relaxers, hair extensions, braiding and hair cutting are also her specialties. She has been part of the beauty industry for 13+ years. She graduated from the International Institute of Cosmetology. Throughout the years, she has had the privilege to work with international hairstylists from places like Italy, Germany, Ireland, D.C., and Virginia. As the owner of three successful unisex salons in Turkey, he has had the privilege of styling top performers and creating stunning looks for countless brides on their special day. Cemal is excited to bring his expertise and enthusiasm to this new chapter of his career at Four Seasons Salon and Med Spa.

Massage Therapist & Laser TechnicianJennifer is a Massage Therapist & Laser Technician with 21 years of experience in health and wellness. She attended the Body Works Institute where she received her certificate of completion and state licensed certification from the Board of Nursing. Her specialties include massage therapy such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Muscular Dysfunction (caused from repetitive use or injury), Body Scrubs & Mud Wraps, and Laser Hair Removal! Jennifer derives great satisfaction from helping to free people of pain and discomfort so they can live a more fulfilling life unencumbered by pain and stress. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys refinishing old furniture, crocheting, outdoor activities and helping others in ways that benefit and improve their lives. “Although many consider massage therapy a luxury, it’s actually a great alternative to pharmaceuticals that are taken for pain without the negative side effects. Medical Director, ANP
With an illustrious medical journey spanning over three decades, Erin Young Huang stands as a testament to dedication, passion, and expertise. Her initial footsteps in the realm of healthcare were alongside her father, a distinguished Obstetrician/Gynecologist. From there, she embarked on a path that saw her securing honors from the esteemed South University School of Nursing in Savannah, Georgia. While Erin's contributions to women's health have been noteworthy, her soul found its true calling in hormones, sexual health, and aesthetics. Collaborating with world-renowned Gynecologists and Plastic Surgeons in the DMV region, she amassed unparalleled expertise. Her focus has come to helping patients embrace their inner and outer beauty and to helping one feel good overall. This can be done with the help of aesthetics, as well as bioidentical hormones. With the use of aesthetics and bioidentical hormones, women and men can expect a more individually tailored approach to their care.
In addition to La Belle Vie, Erin serves as an ANP with Capital Women's Care in Lansdowne, Virginia. She has been with Capital Women's Care for over 10 years working alongside Obstetrician/ Gynecologists, Midwives, as well as other Nurse practitioners. Her continued work at Capital Women's Care provides convenience for female patients with immediate access to additional women’s health and benefits. Outside the professional sphere, Erin embraces life with vigor, be it through horseback riding, gardening, hiking, or cherishing moments with her family.

Kim is a highly skilled Master Nail Technician at Four Seasons Salon and Med Spa, bringing over 25 years of experience in the salon industry. With a focus on exceptional nail care, Kim specializes in a variety of services including Manicures & Pedicures with Paraffin Wax, SNS Dip Powder, Gel Sets & Polish, and Acrylics. She takes great pride in making her clients feel beautiful and pampered, offering additional treatments such as leg and foot massages, scrubs and mask treatments. Kim’s expertise extends to using top-quality products like OPI and Essie, ensuring the best results for her clients. With over a decade of experience in advanced skincare, I am a licensed esthetician in New York, Virginia, and California. My philosophy centers on intentional, personalized care—no two facials are ever the same. Each treatment is custom-designed to meet the individual needs of the skin, ensuring every client leaves feeling restored, confident, and radiant. My journey began in the study of zoology and psychology, where I developed a deep respect for science and structure before following my passion for skincare. Today, my work allows me to give back to my community through thoughtful care, education, and meaningful human connection—creating an experience that honors both skin health and self-care.
My work is guided by the belief that skincare should be both effective and nurturing. Continual education and innovation are at the core of my practice, allowing me to thoughtfully integrate the latest advancements in ingredients, technology, and modalities into each treatment.
Within the treatment room, I utilize a refined selection of fruit-based enzymes and high-performance actives, including hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and peptides. Advanced modalities such as LED therapy, ultrasound, and radio frequency are incorporated to address specific skin concerns and enhance long-term skin health.
Beyond skincare, creativity and artistry are integral to my life and work. I am also an artist with a gallery in Pasadena, California, and draw inspiration from visual storytelling, texture, and form. I share life with my partner, who works in the film industry, and together we enjoy sushi nights, classic films at the Alamo Drafthouse, and quiet evenings at home.

She takes great pride in creating a completely relaxing experience for clients while they are at the shampoo bowls. Isha’s expertise lies in providing soothing head massages and hot towel services, ensuring that clients leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She considers Four Seasons to be her second family and appreciates the welcoming atmosphere it offers. Isha’s favorite haircare products include Kevin Murphy and Neuma. Dedicated Salon Assistant & ApprenticeAs a Salon Assistant and Apprentice, Fatima's passion for the beauty industry ignited at a young age while assisting a hairstylist friend in Turkey. Initially trained in Banking and Insurance, she shifted her focus to pursue a career as a stylist in the United States. She specialize in Blowdrys, personal designing, and Threading services, while also enjoying assisting with Colors, Perms, Wedding Hair, Updos, and Makeup. By assessing each client's hair type, Fatima provides tailored product recommendations and services to help achieve their hair goals. Her journey began in Colombia, where she honed her skills in blow drying and styling. Over time, her expertise expanded to include special occasion styling and up-do's. Lina's commitment to providing exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail shines through in her work with each client.
